What is your return policy?
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in its original, unused condition (including all original packaging and tags) within 30 days for a full refund, less shipping costs.
How do I get refunds if the items are out of stock?
After confirmation that items you purchased are currently out of stock, Pink Dingo will refund the full amount to either your credit card or your Paypal account, whichever was used for payment.
What is the status of my return?
Returns will be processed within 10-14 business days from the date we receive your package. Kindly allow 3-5 business days for the return credit to post to your account from the date your return is processed. To track the status, we recommend you to use the registered mail such as Singpost, UPS or Fedex any methods you can track down your order.
Once we receive your returning items, we will confirm you the receipt and status via email.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Orders are usually received within 1-3 business days in Singapore. For international orders, orders are usually received within 7-10 business days.
